Abiks oleks, kui keegi kombineeriks andmeid:
elektrilennuk
Hind 89 tuhat USD

no aga sa loe ridade vahelt...
ridade vahelt loen vaid kui väga mind vihatakse, eks;)
Eesti ettevõtted investeerivad EAS-i toel ligi pool miljardit krooni tootearendusse, millest EAS-i toetus katab 200 miljonit krooni.
EAS-i innovatsioonidivisjoni direktor Ilmar Pralla põnevatest töös olevatest projektidest:
«Näiteks Stigo OÜ arendab personaalset elektrisõidukit, omamoodi Eesti Segway'd - ainult et kergemat, odavamat, kompaktsemat, mis on lisaks veel kokkupandav.»
Ja ongi nii. EAS omab hetkel veel raha. Milleks iganes herr Pralla heaks arvab.

Bloomberg notes that Berkshire Hathaway's stake of almost 10 percent in BYD has soared in value by about $1 billion since it was first announced last fall.
The purchase was completed today at the September price after the China Securities Regulatory Commission gave its approval for the deal.
When Berkshire's MidAmerican Energy Holdings agreed last fall to make its $230 million investment in BYD, the Chinese company was trading just over HK$8 in the Hong Kong market.
Now BYD's stock is over HK$42, an increase of about 400 percent. That means Berkshire's original $230 million investment is now worth about $1.2 billion on paper.

Nissan has opened a new chapter in its ambitious plans to be a global leader in pure electric zero emissions vehicles.
At their new headquarters in Japan on Sunday August 2nd, the Nissan LEAF pure electric car was unveiled.
The car is a compact or C-class sedan with distinctive and special styling. It is a 5 door hatch with seating for 5, and utilizes unique LED headlamps that use 10% as much energy as traditional headlamps. The lights are also designed to slice the wind and direct it away from the side mirrors to improve aerodynamics.
The vehicle uses Nissan/NEC proprietary large format laminate batteries that total 24 kwh. They power an 80 kw/280 Nm torque electric motor that gives the car a top speed of 90 MPH. Charging is through a port on the front hood and takes 8 hours at 220 though is capable of 80% in 30 minute fast charging where available.
The car also has a wireless IT system that connects it to a global monitoring center 24 hours per day.
“Nissan LEAF is a tremendous accomplishment - one in which all Nissan employees can take great pride,” said Nissan President and CEO Carlos Ghosn. “We have been working tirelessly to make this day a reality - the unveiling of a real-world car that has zero - not simply reduced - emissions. It’s the first step in what is sure to be an exciting journey - for people all over the world, for Nissan and for the industry.”
Nissan plans to begin selling the car in the selected US markets in late 2010 and plans to build 50,000 in its first year of production.
Pricing has not been announced, but Nissan claims it will be comparable to a well-equipped gas powered C class sedan.

Vaadates foorumi pealkirja tekib küsimus, kuidas siis investeerida järgmise põlvkonna autodesse?
Tesla Motors oli juulis esimest korda kasumis.
Väidetavalt riiklik 465 mUSD laen kasumisse jõudmist ei mõjutanud.

Liitiumile orienteeritud arendusfaasis olev "projekt": Western Lithium.

Osterbotten, Finland
Lithium mineral deposits were discovered in Finland in the 1950s and
numerous studies have been carried out over the years into exploiting it.
The start up mining company Keliber (4 employees) have obtained
environmental permits to produce 6,000tpy of Li2CO3
from spodumene
in the Lantta/ Osterbotten regions, using a new production process. The
company have recently been taken over by a larger Norwegian mining
group. They plan to start Lithium Carbonate production in 2010.
The mineral resource they are exploiting contains 3MT of spodumene at
0.92% Li2O, compared to 4% Li2O at the highest grade spodumene
resource in the world at Greenbushes.
The total amount of Lithium geologically present is therefore 13,000
tonnes or 68,000 tonnes of Li2CO3
equivalent. If half of this is
recoverable, Keliber are projecting production of 6,000 tpy of Li2CO3
from a Reserve of 35,000 tonnes or 16% of the reserve per annum,
giving a mine life of 6 years.
There are other deposits in the area, presumably of lower grade and/or
smaller in size.
6,000 tpy of (battery grade) Li2CO3
would be sufficient for some 270,000
GM Volts per year. After 6 years, production would cease.
