alustasin aktsiatesse ostu - müüki esmaspäeval. Võtsin portfelli Baltikat (40%), kalevit (20%), Mazeikut (15%), Ventspilsi (15 %). Praeguseks on ainult tänu Baltikale portfell tõusnud 3,5%, Baltika plussis 9,5% teised languses... Loodan, et tulemused Mazeikius on head..... Muidu tore vaadata kui portfelli väärtus kasvab..
Kalev....hmm.....mis peaks aendama kalevit ostma? tal pole juba pikemat aega midagi tõsist olnud näidata. Naftast saan ma aru, neil on võimu.
Kohe kohe on tulemas MNF Q3 tulemused. Eeldatavalt on need head, sest naftatoodete tarbimine pole hinnanguliselt vähenenud. Prognoosin liikumist 13 LTL kanti.
net profit of 9 months of 2005 776 mln lt
same period of 2004 448 mln lt
same period of 2004 448 mln lt
Firma viimase nelja kvartali kasum moodustab ligi 1.05 mld litti. Tegemist peaks olema Balti riikide suurima rahamasinaga, ületades oluliselt ka Hansapanga Grupi kasumit.
Oman Mazeikiu Nafta aktsiaid.
Oman Mazeikiu Nafta aktsiaid.
Kõva rahasampo küll, kuid kahjuks on ettevõtte risk ka hoopis teises dimensioonis võrreldes Hansaga :(
oman kah
oman kah
MNF tuleb kolinaga alla :(
Ma ei saa üldse enam aru kuidas ja millest see aktsia hind ikkagi mõjutatud on?
horoskoopi üldse ei loe vä :)
Soovitan nafta hinda ka jälgida.
Ettevõte toimib kasumlikult, Balti turul sisuliselt monopol, oodatav puhaskasum 2x suurem kui 2004, P/E tase alla 8. Kütus on hinnajäik st kallinedes tarbimimine väheneb minimaalselt. Isegi hommikul kirusin aga näe lasin paagi ikka täis.
Asjad liiguvad.
Eile kuulutas Leedu president välja seaduse, millega sai võimalikuks MNF-i müük. On samuti ametlikult teada antud, et algavad kõnelused TNK-BPga MNF-i enamusosaluse müügiks, esindajad jõuavad järgmine nädal Leetu.

Allikas 2. novembri FT.
Head uudised kosilaste suhtes. Niisiis jätkuvalt prognoositav liikumine hinnatasemeni 16-17 lähiajal. kõik eeldused olemas: funadametnaalne tugevus, turuseis, omanike küsimus laheneb, leedu turg saab nõrkusest üle, boonusena lisaks veel aastalõpu ralli :)

LITHUANIA READY TO START TALKS WITH TNK-BP ON MN SALE
VILNIUS. Nov 3 (Interfax)
LITHUANIA READY TO START TALKS WITH TNK-BP ON MN SALE
'- The Lithuanian government plans to
start official talks for the purchase and sale of shares in Lithuanian
oil concern Mazeikiu Nafta next week, Lithuanian Prime Minister Algirdas
Brazauskas said.
"Next week highly placed representatives from TNK-BP are arriving
to hold talks on this issue," Brazauskas said in a radio interview.
He said that the Lithuanian government decided to start
negotiations with TNK-BP which, according to the prime minister, "has
processed furthest on this issue, and has done more than everyone, both
with Yukos and with us."
He said that the Lithuanian government is currently putting
together a group to hold the talks. He said that laws passed by
parliament, on which Lithuanian President Valdas Adamkus signed off on
November 2, made it possible for the government to start talks on this
issue.
Brazauskas said that over the past few week the situation with the
Mazeikiu Nafta shares owned by Yukos International has not changed, as
these shares have been frozen. However, he said that the government
hopes that on November 9 or 10 the Amsterdam court will unfreeze this
asset and Yukos will be able to sell these shares.
The prime minister rule out that Lithuania would keep the Yukos
stake once it has bought it. "We are not thinking about this- the
company should be managed by somebody that can guarantee oil supplies,"
Brazauskas said.
Commenting on rumors in Lithuania that if Vilnius decided on an
investor that Moscow does not like that oil supplies might be cut off,
Brazauskas said that he does not see this threat. "Anything can happen,
I cannot rule out anything, but at the moment I do not seen and basis
for this discussion," he said.
A few weeks ago the Lithuanian parliament amended the law on the
Lithuanian state budget for 2005, giving the Lithuanian government the
right to buy the 53.7% stake in Mazeikiu Nafta being sold Yukos
International U.K. B.V. (Netherlands). According to the law, to buy this
stake the government has the authority to receive a credit of up to 3
billion litai (1 euro = 3.4528 litai).
The law states that the stake bought from Yukos International U.K.
B.V. and other shares in Mazeikiu Nafta owned by the Lithuanian
government may be sold to an investor chosen by the government, and that
after the sale of the shares the state should retain not less than 10%
of Mazeikiu Nafta charter capital.
According to its investment agreement, Yukos may sell its shares
only with the agreement of the Lithuanian government, which has first
right of refusal.
Lukoil, ConocoPhillips, Gazprom, TNK-BP, PKN Orlen and various
other companies have shown an interest in buying the Yukos controlled
Mazeikiu Nafta shares.
MN includes the Mazeikiu oil refinery, the only refinery in the
Baltic States, with capacity of 12 million tonnes of crude per year; the
Butinge export terminal, capacity 8 million tonnes; and the Birziai oil
pipeline.
Yukos International UK BV owns 53.7% of MN and the Lithuanian
government owns 40.66%.
