Reports Q3 (Sep) earnings of $0.26 per share, $0.07 better than the Capital IQ Consensus Estimate of $0.19; revenues rose 28.4% year/year to $78.6 mln vs the $77.36 mln consensus. The board of directors of both companies approved the transaction, which is subject to KAYAK shareholder approval, customary closing conditions and regulatory approval. Until the transaction is closed, both companies will continue to operate independently.
